3. How do I open my Prospec-FX.com Account?

- It's quite easy and convenient. Follow the link, fill in the registration form and then press signup

 

4. Which e-currency do you accept?

- We accept Liberty reserve.

 

5. How can I invest with Prospec-FX.com?

- To make an investment you must first become a member of Prospec-fx.com. Once you are signed in, you can make your first deposit. All deposits must be made through the Members Area. You can login using the member username and password you receive when signup.

 

6. How can I withdraw funds?

- Login to your account using your username and password and check the Withdraw section.

 

7. How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?

- Your account will be updated as fast as you deposit.

 

8. Are multi-spends allowed?

- Yes, you can make as many spends, as you would like. Each new deposit will be treated individually.

- Log into your Prospec-FX.com account and click on the My profile. You can change your e-mail address, e-currency account number and password there.

 

10. What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?

- Type your username organization e-mail and you'll receive your account information.

 

11. Does a daily profit paid directly to my e-currency account?

- No, profits are gathered on your Prospec-FX.com account. And you can withdraw them anytime. Which will be transferred to ur e-currency account by Prospec-FX accounts department within 24 hours from the withdrawal is made.

 

12. How do you calculate the interest on my account?

- Interest will be credited daily to your account at the end of every day which you can make withdraw request and money will be deposited with in 24 hours to your respected e-currency accounts

 

13. Can I do a direct deposit from my account balance?

- Yes. To make a deposit from your Prospec-FX.com account balance, simple login into your members account and click on Make Deposit and select the Deposit from Account Balance Radio button

 

14. Can I make an additional deposit to Prospec-FX.com account once it has been opened?

- Yes, you can but all transactions are handled separately.

 

15. After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my e-wallet account?

- Funds are usually available within 24 hours.

 

16. How can I change my password?

- You can change your password directly from your member's area by editing it in your personal profile.
